3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Customs delays

Delivery interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Photos of the packaging

Photos of the damaged product

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, shipping availability may change without notice due to carrier restrictions, international regulations, or operational limitations.
